Single-stage centrifugal fan
The propeller can be manufactured from materials such as AL7075 (high-strength aluminum used in the aerospace industry), titanium, stainless steel, etc., providing excellent resistance to corrosion and deformation, with a lifespan of over 30 years. The fan is connected directly to the motor, achieving up to 97% power transfer efficiency. The fan design can be customized according to different needs to achieve specific operating conditions. The design uses variable frequency regulation instead of guide vane adjustment, allowing a wider adjustment range for the propeller.
Oil-free air suspension bearing
The air suspension bearing is mainly composed of radial bearings and axial bearings. Before starting operation, the rotating shaft and bearings are in direct contact. During startup, the relative motion between the rotating shaft and the bearings generates a hydrodynamic field, which creates a lift force in the radial bearing. This lifting force suspends the rotating shaft, allowing it to rotate freely. Unlike traditional ball bearings, this bearing has no direct contact points during operation, does not require lubricating oil, resulting in extremely low energy loss and high efficiency, suitable for various working environments. This technology can be applied to high-power, high-speed machines with rotation speeds up to 100,000 rpm. Strict tests show that the bearing can achieve more than 20,000 start-up cycles, fully meeting the design and practical application requirements.
High speed variable frequency motor
The BLDCM ultra-fast permanent magnet brushless motor is a cutting-edge motor developed thanks to advances in permanent magnet materials, semiconductor technology, and control technology. During operation, the rotary shaft achieves a high rotational speed of 20,000-200,000 rpm, with an efficiency of up to 97%. It is also equipped with a digital speed controller, providing simple control of the system. This motor features high speed, zero vibration, low noise, small size, simple installation, high efficiency and low electromagnetic radiation, making it the most energy efficient and environmentally friendly motor currently available.
Fully automatic oil-free cooling system
The air suspension blower uses a patented, completely oil-free system that combines air condensation cooling and water cooling. The cooling fins are made of high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy, which does not require additional power and has a simple structure. Blowers under 150 horsepower use self-air cooling technology, with intelligently designed air ducts and engine cooling fins engineered with advanced aerospace mechanical design techniques. Larger models with more than 200 horsepower feature an internal water cooling system, eliminating the need for external cooling fans or additional cooling water. This cooling design ensures that the blower maintains excellent and reliable performance even in hot summer conditions.
Noise reduction technology and built-in pressure relief valve
The internal bypass pipe of the blower outlet is equipped with a pressure relief valve and silencer, made of carbon steel with internal sound-absorbing material. The blower uses an internal pneumatic pressure relief valve to ensure safe shutdown without any impact during a power outage or emergency, while maintaining an aesthetic appearance. These components connect directly to the blower via flexible tubing to reduce pressure loss and noise from the inlet pipeline. Filters and silencers feature steel housings with internal sound-absorbing materials.
