Product overview.

The first-level high-speed centrifugal blower is developed under the leadership of a leading energy and energy technology enterprise of Peking University College of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and this product combines the R&D, technologies, production and manufacturing capabilities of aerospace, representing the highest level of strength in this field in China. The air aerodynamic performance and structure design of this series of products has reached the advanced level compared with similar products at home and abroad.

Product characteristics.

The rotor was designed using 3D flow theory, and flow field analysis technology was used to predict blower performance, achieving a changeable efficiency of up to 82%.

This fan is equipped with axial air intake blades and expansion device for flow adjustment, so that the flow adjustment range is from 45% to 110% of nominal power. This makes it work efficiently even under nominal conditions.

The main body of the blower is assembled on the gear servo housing. The lubrication system, motor and gear multiplier are arranged in a compact manner on a common base that also serves as an oil tank.

After rigorous dynamic balancing, the rotor exhibits very low vibration, extremely high reliability, and generally low noise levels. It has low torque, which reduces start-up and shutdown times. Compared to multistage centrifugal fans with the same flow and pressure, it consumes less energy, is lighter, and requires less space.

The fan's design is advanced and well-constructed, with few wearing parts, making installation, operation, and maintenance very simple. All vibration and bearing temperature indicators, low and high wave control, operational protection and fault alarms, and oil pressure and temperature control for the lubrication system are managed by programmable logic controllers (PLCs), enabling real-time monitoring of the machine's operating status.

Flow rate: 80 to 800 m³/min. Pressure rise range: 49 to 147 kPa.

It can be widely used in wastewater treatment, metallurgical industries, fluid bed furnaces in power plants, porous processes, desulfurization of exhaust gases, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and gas pressure boosting.
