During the one-day intensive work schedule, the customer delegation, accompanied by our technical team and overseas marketing department, conducted a comprehensive, close-up inspection of the production line and R&D testing center. At the beginning of the visit, customers first toured our Rotz blower assembly line. Technical experts gave a detailed introduction about its wide application range in areas such as wastewater treatment, pneumatic conveying, and aquaculture, and emphasized our achievements in sealing technologies, circulation profile optimization, and intelligent control.

Ensure high reliability and excellent energy efficiency of products under high pressure conditions. Customers were stopping by frequently to ask questions, expressing great interest in the products' modular design, ease of maintenance, and adaptive improvement plans for the environment specific to the India market (such as high temperatures and dust).

Later, the inspection focus shifted to multistage centrifugal blower series with more complex technology and higher application requirements. In front of the high-speed dynamic balance test platform and complete machine performance test platform, the customer witnessed the entire process of the product from components to assembly, precision adjustment, and rigorous testing. Our engineers displayed on-site the operating data of the fan under different working conditions, and its characteristics of low vibration, low noise and wide efficiency range left a deep impression on the customer. The client was particularly interested in practical application cases of the fan in energy efficiency projects in large urban wastewater treatment, steel smelting, and chemical industries in India. The two sides then held in-depth technical discussions on this topic.

However, the culmination and primary focus of the inspection trip was undoubtedly centered around our company's core patented technology – the “Three Source Flow Propeller”. When the customer entered the precision machining shop and saw the raw propellers being manufactured by our advanced multi-reaction five-axis machining center, his admiration was obvious. The technical director personally explained the essence of the “Three Source Flow” design to the customer: it is not just a change in the shape of the blades, but a deep optimization based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), through a unique 3D deformation of the blades configuration, to achieve a perfect integration of air intake, main flow and vortex flow control. This design can greatly improve the internal flow condition of the fan, significantly reduce the secondary losses and end-edge losses, thus, at the same volume, greatly enhance the overall pressure efficiency and
